Givenly
What's inside

The client kit, curated to impress.

Six elements we build into client kits. Tier by relationship — new logo, key account, executive sponsor.

01

Premium Gift Presentation

Rigid gift box, custom tissue, ribbon or belly band. The unboxing is the first impression — it should feel like a gift, not a shipment.

02

Name-Brand Anchor Item

A retail brand they already respect — Yeti drinkware, The North Face layer, premium leather goods. The piece that earns desk space.

03

Personal Note

A written card from the account owner — not a printed slug. We insert your message per recipient, so every kit lands personally.

04

Gourmet Consumables

Small-batch snacks, coffee, or chocolate that get shared around the client's office — putting your brand in front of the whole team.

05

Useful Desk or Travel Item

Notebook, tech accessory, travel piece — something that stays in the client's rotation long after the unboxing.

06

Customizable Inserts

Account-team card, onboarding roadmap, QR to your success portal — any insert that turns a nice gesture into a working touchpoint.

Built for

Four client moments a kit does the talking.

New-client welcome kits

The signature just dried — make the first week feel like a partnership, not a vendor relationship. Welcome kits shipped the day the deal closes, to one office or every stakeholder on the account.

Deal-closing & proposal kits

A curated kit that lands alongside the proposal or ahead of the final meeting. When six vendors look the same on paper, be the one they remember unboxing.

Renewal & QBR appreciation

Renewals are won all year. Kits timed to QBRs, launch anniversaries, and renewal milestones keep the relationship warm before procurement ever gets involved.

Referral & thank-you kits

A client sent you a referral, sat on your case-study panel, or hosted your team. A same-week thank-you kit closes the loop and keeps the goodwill compounding.

FAQ

Client kit questions, answered.

Should client kits be branded with our logo?

Usually lightly. The kits that land best lead with the client's experience — premium retail brands, gourmet consumables, a personal note — with your brand present but not shouting. We'll advise on the mix per tier; the "Is everything branded?" question is on our quote form for exactly this reason.

Can you ship directly to each client?

Yes. Upload your list — from your CRM export or a spreadsheet — and we dropship 1:1 to every client address. Or ship bulk to your office so account owners can hand-deliver. Same platform, your choice per campaign.

What's your lead time?

Fully-custom client kits: 4–6 weeks. Catalog-based kits with light branding: 3–5 business days — fast enough for a same-month deal close or a thank-you that shouldn't wait.

Is there a minimum order?

Client kits run smaller than employee programs by nature — a key-account campaign might be 15 kits. We build for the account list you actually have, and Quick Kits covers ultra-low-minimum needs.

Can clients choose their own gift?

Yes. Gift-of-Choice flips the kit into a curated selection from our 20,000+ gifts and experiences catalog — useful when you'd rather let an executive sponsor pick than guess their taste.

How is this different from Client Gifting?

Client Kits are the curated physical boxes for big relationship moments — welcomes, closes, renewals. Client Gifting is the always-on platform your revenue team uses to send 1:1 gifts year-round. Most client programs end up running both.
