Givenly
What's inside

The event kit, branded for the show.

Six elements we ship in every event kit. Tier by attendee role — exhibitor staff, VIP attendees, general session.

01

Branded Swag Bag or Box

Conference-worthy presentation — tote, drawstring, or premium gift box with custom tissue. Sized to fit show-floor handouts.

02

Event-Themed Apparel

T-shirt, hat, or branded layer in event colors. Limited-edition show graphic, sized at intake or one-size where appropriate.

03

Premium Drinkware

Branded water bottle, tumbler, or coffee mug. Conference venues love a refillable that doubles as walk-around branding.

04

Tech Accessory

Branded power bank, headphones, or USB hub. The single item attendees keep on their desk long after the show.

05

Notebook + Premium Pen

Custom-printed notebook with event agenda inside the front cover, premium-feel pen. Stays useful through working sessions.

06

Customizable Inserts

Sponsor literature, event schedule, badge holder, name tag. Insert any partner-supplied flyer or QR code into every kit.

Four event scenarios we run every quarter.

Trade shows & expos

Branded show booth swag in volume, on time. Pre-show production at our facility closest to the venue means bulk crates arrive before the booth set-up call. No mid-show top-up panic.

Summits & user conferences

High-end attendee kits with personalization at the badge level. Welcome kits in hotel rooms, agenda-inserted notebooks, premium swag tier for VIP track attendees.

Sales kickoffs (SKO)

Internal sales team kits, often paired with sales incentive bounties. Reps land at the SKO venue with kits already in their rooms — branded, motivating, ready for the keynote.

Customer advisory boards

Premium curated kits for VIP customer events. Limited-edition pieces, personalized inscriptions, premium packaging that signals their tier of relationship with you.

FAQ

Event kit questions, answered.

What's your lead time?

Fully-custom kits: 4–6 weeks. Catalog-based kits with light branding: 3–5 business days. We'll be honest on the kickoff call about what fits the timeline.

Can you ship directly to a venue?

Yes. Provide venue contact + receiving instructions, we coordinate the drop. Bulk crates arrive before your booth setup call.

Can you pack 1,000+ kits?

Yes. We scale production to event size — recent runs include 5,000-kit summits and 10,000-kit user conferences. The workflow doesn't change.

Can attendees pick their kit contents?

Yes. Gift-of-Choice flips the kit into a points-based experience powered by the 20,000+ catalog. Particularly useful for hybrid or remote-attendee events.

Do you handle international events?

Yes. We reduce duties and shipping time on international events — we've shipped to events in 14 countries.

Can sponsors insert their materials into the kit?

Yes. Sponsor flyers, partner QR codes, co-branded literature — all insertable at the pack station. Common for sponsored summits and partner co-hosted events.
