Do I need to hold inventory?

No — we do. Kits are produced in bulk and warehoused at our facilities, then dispatched 1:1 as your new hires onboard. You commit to a program design and per-kit budget; we handle production, storage, and shipping.

How fast can we launch a program?

Standard onboarding programs go live in 5–10 business days. Custom-branded kits with bespoke packaging typically launch in 3–4 weeks.

Can I customize every item?

Yes. Apparel, drinkware, accessories, packaging — all customizable to your brand guidelines, including non-logo personalized elements like the welcome card.

Can we ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is built in — we handle duties, customs paperwork, and transit time on every cross-border kit.

Do you integrate with our HR tools?

Optional — for customers who want zero-touch automation. We offer integrations with Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Rippling, and Gusto as a platform upgrade. Most customers start with our simple intake form and add HRIS sync later. SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning included on the enterprise tier.

What's the per-kit budget range?

Onboarding kits typically run $75–$250 per kit depending on contents. We'll size the program to your headcount and per-hire budget on the demo call.
