What is Print Central?
Print Central is the print side of the Givenly platform: business cards, flyers, postcards, signage and the rest of your printed materials, ordered from templates your company approves once. Designers build each template once with dynamic fields, Givenly's AI renders it print-ready, you see a proof before anything prints, and every order runs through manager approval and reporting, in the same platform as your store, Promo Central, recognition and gifting.
How is Print Central different from Promo Central?
Promo Central is where the company buys promotional products in volume: millions of items with your approved artwork applied. Print Central is for printed materials that carry variable details: a business card with a person’s name and title, a flyer with one office’s address and fax line. Both run on the same platform, with the same logins, budgets, manager approvals and reporting.
What can we print?
Business cards, flyers, postcards, brochures, rack cards, signage and banners, stickers and labels, and the rest of your printed materials. Each item is set up as a print-ready template with packs to choose from, for example 250 cards.
How do templates work?
Your designer builds each piece once, with dynamic fields for whatever changes (a name, a title, a location), and uploads it. Givenly's AI renders it into a print-ready file, ready for those inputs. From then on every piece prints from that template, so the brand, the layout and the paper are decided before anyone orders. Your team fills in the details; they never touch the design.
How do the fields fill in?
Per person and per location. The dynamic fields your designer set up fill in on every order, from a person’s name and title to an office’s address and phone, and Givenly’s AI renders the print-ready file. Everything else stays locked in the template.
Do we see a proof before it prints?
Yes. A print proof is drawn from the template before the order can be placed: the exact file that goes to print. Nothing runs until you have seen the proof.
Who approves orders?
The managers you designate, on the same rails as Promo Central. Orders wait for sign-off before production, and reporting covers every order by person, office and program.
How do we pay?
With a Givenly Wallet budget, whether a company, marketing or personal wallet, or by card. Pricing is per pack, for example 250 cards, with shipping included in the pack price. When a wallet covers the order, no card is needed.
Can orders ship to more than one office?
Yes. Ship to one office or all of them. Each office can order its own version, and every order still lands in the same reporting.
Is Print Central part of the Givenly platform?
Yes. It switches on inside the platform your team already uses, with the same logins, budgets and reporting as the on-demand store, Promo Central, recognition, gifting and kitting.
Who is Print Central for?
Marketing teams who own the brand, operations and office managers who field the requests, and the people in every office who actually need the cards, flyers and signs.
